You want to exhibit? - The ERCI co-operation offer
Attract international attention and take advantage of the exclusive cooperation offer of the ERCI European Railway Clusters Initiative to present yourself as an exhibitor at Railway Interchange 2025 at special conditions!
The European Railway Clusters Initiative (ERCI) offers you the opportunity to present yourself to an international audience at one of the largest trade fairs for railway technology in the USA - Railway Interchange 2025 - in Indianapolis (IN) as part of an ERCI cooperation offer.
Binding registration until 6 February 2025
Registrations for participation in the Railway Interchange can only be made via one of the three US Railway Trade Associations:
- the Railway Engineering Maintenance Suppliers Association (REMSA) - REMSA represents and promotes companies and individuals who manufacture or sell products and/or services in the railway maintenance/infrastructure sector.
- the Railway Supply Institute (RSI) - RSI represents more than 160 members who provide products and services for freight and passenger transport.
- Railway Systems Suppliers Incorporated (RSSI) - RSSI represents the communications and signalling segment of the rail industry.
Exclusive ERCI co-operation opportunity (with REMSA):
- ERCI is partnering with REMSA to offer European SMEs the opportunity to exhibit at Railway Interchange 2025. While it is possible to exhibit at the show through any of the three trade associations, there is a financial advantage to booking your space through the ERCI-REMSA co-operation.
- There are basically three ways for European SMEs to exhibit at Railway Interchange 2025:
- Exhibit as a non-member through one of the 3 trade associations, however the base price for a 3m x 3m stand is $4500.
- If you are already a member of REMSA, RSI or RSSI, apply via the website of the respective trade association.
- Our recommendation: Exhibit through the ERCI-REMSA co-operative model, which offers two pricing models:
- Joining REMSA ($850 for one year) and using a booth space at the discounted member rate of $3000 for a 3m x 3m booth - the total cost for a 3m x 3m booth is $3850 - this is ERCI's recommended package for first-time exhibitors.
- Flat rate (negotiated as part of the ERCI-REMSA collaboration) of $4000 for a 3m x 3m booth (no larger) - REMSA membership is not a requirement
What do I get for my money when I book through REMSA?
A 3 m x 3 m (100 sq. ft.) indoor exhibition stand (basic stand), which includes the following:
- 2 free exhibitor passes
- 2.4 m (8 ft.) high back wall cover, 0.9 m (3 ft.) high side wall cover
- one identification sign
- Wi-Fi internet access and general security in the exhibition hall
- Opt-in attendee lists before and after the event
What is NOT included in the basic stand:
- Power supply, carpeting, furniture, cleaning services
- Exhibitors will be informed of these services separately - however, exhibitors are required to carpet their exhibition space (no exceptions).
