What to expect?
Promising numbers from the Humboldt University show a 46% growth rate for female funded Startups in 2024. Although this is certainly positive news, female founders still raise significantly less venture capital than their male counterparts. According to EY, women accounted for 10.6% of all start-ups that received funding in 2024. Furthermore in 2023 only 29% of the executive positions in Germany were held by women, placing the country well below the EU average. While this marks progress, there is still much work to be done.
This event aims to bring together VCs funding and industry experts, and aspiring leaders to discuss strategies, share experiences, and foster a supportive network for women who want to start their businesses and/or reach senior leadership positions.
Berlin Partner is organizing an event focused on strengthening female leadership across innovation-driven industries, supported by networks such as Femup Startups, Women in Mobility, Women in AI, Women in Aerospace, and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.
