Invitation to exhibit
You are invited to exhibit at the 2026 Railway Interchange Expo taking place from 2-4 June 2026 at the CHI Health Center in Omaha, US.
ERCI - European Railway Clusters Initiative ASBL will be participating with a booth of its own as well and has once again partnered with REMSA to enable European SMEs to exhibit at Railway Interchange 2026 under favorable financial conditions.
Through the ERCI–REMSA collaboration model, you can choose between two pricing options:
Option 1: Join REMSA (annual fee: $850, additional member benefits can be found here.) and book a 3m x 3m booth at the discounted member rate of $3,300
- Total cost for a basic 3m x 3m booth is $4,150
- this is the ERCI-recommended package for first time exhibitors
Option 2: Exhibit as a non-member at the discounted non-member rate of $4,000 for a basic 3m x 3m booth (no larger)
- No REMSA membership required
Each 3m x 3m (100 sq. ft.) indoor exhibit booth includes:
- 2 complimentary EXPO only badges (maximum 30)
- One complimentary table and two chairs upon request
- 8-foot high (2.4m) back wall drape, 3-foot high (0.9m) side wall drape
- One identification sign
- Wi-Fi internet connectivity and general expo hall security
- Pre- and post-event opt-in attendee lists
Additional options for European SMEs
For clarity and transparency, there are two further ways to exhibit at Railway Interchange 2026:
- Exhibit as a non-member through one of the three trade associations (REMSA, RSI, RSSI).
→ Basic booth price: $4,500 for a 3m x 3m booth. - If you are already a member of REMSA, RSI, or RSSI, please apply via the respective trade association’s website.
