Please note, that an organization fee of 490,- EUR plus VAT (if applicable) will be charged per organization participating.
Cancellation policy
You can register now, cancellation will be possible free of charge until 30 June 2025. After that date invoices for the participation in the event will be issued. The participation fee will not be refundable after 30 June 2025. Name changes of participants will be possible without additional charges.
