As a follow-up activity to the successful European Rail Business Mission to Canada in September 2025, ERCI would like to initiate the organization of a joint booth at the upcoming TRACCS Rail Day taking place on 17–18 June 2026 in Canada.

If you are considering participation, we strongly encourage you to book accommodations early, as Toronto will be hosting both Rail Day 2026 and the FIFA World Cup on 17 June 2026.

Estimated costs

• Depending on the number of interested participants, ERCI may negotiate a group rate for a joint booth.

• Estimated price per exhibitor (booth including furniture): approx. € 2.500,00 – € 3.500,00 – this will strongly depend on number of exhibitors and booth design

• Estimated price as delegation member will be approx. € 400,00 – € 700,00 depending on size of delegation and incurred costs for rooms, catering etc.

• All prices are indicated excluding VAT
