What to expect?

In this ERCI Webinar, you will learn about using AI for improving services in public transport.

Thanks to AI-supported capacity analysis and forecasting, transport companies can accurately predict the utilisation of their vehicles in real time. This is made possible by OpenCapacity’s patented AI technology, which intelligently links live data from existing on-board sensors (e.g. weight, Wi-Fi, AFZ, CCTV) with external variables such as weather, delays or major events. This provides in-depth insights into passenger flows and usage behaviour – not just retrospectively, but also proactively.
